Technical Integration

Provide an XML feed of your jobs or send via a job posting system.

We provide access to an API is available to pick up registrations and job application.

After processing a Registration send your onboarding emails to the user in the usual way.

After processing an Application send the user an email confirmation of the application so they can track it later.

Technical Integration – App

Receive jobs from us via an XML feed. This can be downloaded and synced several times a day.

Send in Applications to Apply Gateway via an API endpoint. These will be relayed to the job owner.

Apps can also link directly to Apply Gateway apply pages.

Earn revenue from applications provided. A login area is available to track revenue.

Requirements / Feeback

We are able to offer automated posting for Job Boards and an online application form for Apps which means to test the systems there is no technical integration required at all.

We do though encourage Job Boards to migrate to using the API when they can to improve performance.

Each client will get an account manager and a tech contact at Apply Gateway and we require a tech contact and an account manager contact at each of the clients (JobBoards/Apps) so we can quickly resolve any issues.
